Tank Introduction

Today I was able to pick up my new tank from Advanced Acrylics. I have been looking forward to this day for a long time. Starting out with a Biocube 14 this is a major upgrade and such a small tankwasn't cutting it for me anymore.

My plans for this tank are simple, clean and
efficient. One thing I have learned in this hobby so far is that less is better. There is no need for a complex system and more equipment. That would just be one more thing that could go wrong. My main goal in this tank is to have a healthy system that can be maintained with a simple schedule. I want this tank grow into a colorful piece of art that other hobbyists can be inspired by. I read from Brightwell Aquatic's line of products that, "Aquarium husbandry may be thought of as an artistic expression of the hobbyist in which living organisms are the figurative colors on a painter’s canvas". Every single fish or frag of coral that I introduce will fit in like a stroke of a brush to create a single painting. This is the beginning of a long project and I hope you will help me "paint" this tank into what I can only imagine in my mind.
